Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, we regret to inform our valued customers that we DO NOT accept returns on these items. Once an order is placed and the production process begins, the product is tailored specifically to the customer's preferences, making it difficult for us to resell it to another customer.

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and our team goes to great lengths to communicate with our clients throughout the design and production process. Before the final engraving takes place, we provide detailed proofs and seek approval from the customer to ensure that the product aligns with their desires.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the final product, such as a defect or error on our part, we are committed to working closely with the customer to find a suitable solution. Our goal is to address any concerns promptly and to make any necessary adjustments to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchase.

Refunds

Due to the individualized nature of our items, it is our policy that refunds are unavailable for our customized products.

While we understand that circumstances may arise, and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, our policy on custom-made products necessitates that we do not offer refunds. However, it is our commitment to address any concerns or issues that may arise promptly and professionally. Should any unforeseen errors or defects occur, we are dedicated to working closely with the customer to find a suitable resolution.
